Founder & CEO: Frances Rose

Over the course of her 15 year career in research and content, Frances has seen the difference that true depth of knowledge and industry understanding can make to every part of a business, from simple data builds to closing important deals.

Before founding The Share Theory, Frances gained a wealth of experience in industry before building the European research practice for TowerXchange, a leading market intelligence and events business in telecoms infrastructure. She also co-founded Impact Capital Africa, producing bespoke reports and market intelligence for government donors and private equity investors in Zambia.

Her passion for creating content which makes a difference is the driving force behind The Share Theory.

Sindy is an award winning content leader, with over 15 years’ experience in content production, brand strategy planning, research and project management. She has worked at event companies including Ascential, Hyve group and Clarion Events, membership body TM Forum, and editorially-led brands including Haymarket, GovNet and Dods. 

Most recently she won Best Digital Conference at the Digital Events Awards 2021 for her ambitious international live-streamed conference hosted virtually using a bespoke TV studio and run over a 6 week period, resulting in double digit increase in seniority and attendance from core industry niche.

Sindy is presently Clarion’s part time digital content editor and also takes on freelance projects, undertaking content marketing, video editing and filming, content creation and conference production. Sindy is widely knowledgeable and has contacts across a number of industries including sustainability, resource management, broadcast, telecoms, technology, media, defence, security and retail.
